RETURN & REFUND POLICY — Victory epoxy

PERSONALIZED & MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

In accordance with consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom-made items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Before production begins, we always confirm all details with the customer — including design, color, and size. Once the customer has approved the order, production starts and the item cannot be cancelled or changed.

Please note: color may appear slightly different on screen compared to the finished product, as each piece is uniquely handmade. This is not considered a defect and does not qualify for a return or refund.

READY TO SHIP ITEMS

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The item must be returned in its original condition and unused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Returns are only accepted if the item arrives visibly damaged or broken upon opening the package. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
