GENERAL

These Terms of Service apply to all customers of Victoryepoxy, an online store selling handmade epoxy resin products, based in Latvia.

PRODUCTS

All our products are handmade from high-quality epoxy resin. As each item is crafted by hand, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur. These are not defects but a natural characteristic of handmade goods.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or product unavailability. Payment must be completed before production or dispatch begins.

MADE TO ORDER

For custom or made-to-order items, production begins only after order confirmation and payment. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable EU regulations.
